Cégünk 34With 34 years of experience as a manufacturer of welding units, our company undertakes, the repair, servicing and maintenance of our own rpoducts and of welding machines made by other manufacturers at our premises or, in technically feasible cases, at the customer's premises. We undertake periodic safety inspections of arc welding equipment and accessories in accordance with Decree 143/2004 (XII.22 GKM). We undertake the repair of defective transformers and the manufacture of new transformers - even custom-made ones - at short notice, from 20VA up to 35kVA.

CONTRACTUAL MAINTENANCE ▓▒░

The safe operation of welding machines requires the user to carry out the basic maintenance necessary for safe operation. These include, for example, checking the machine's mains supply, the welding cable and the work lead (body cable) insulation before starting to work, periodic compressed air purging of the interior of the equipment depending on working conditions, checking the welding gun, tightening the bolted joints as necessary.

If you have a larger fleet of welding machines, it is advisable to have them maintained by a professional. Based on a contract, we offer a periodic maintenance service includes the following services:

  • technical condition check
  • mechanical and instrumental testing
  • cleaning of welding units, dust removal
  • checking of wearing parts
  • status report
  • on request, validation of welding units

WELDING UNIT SERVICING ▓▒░

With 34 years of welding machine manufacturing experience, we primarily provide warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for Bmax welding units, but we can also service other manufacturers' welding machines, such as::

  • Weld Impex
  • Merkle
  • Trakis

Before you visit our company in person to arrange a service, please contact us by phone! We will always prepare a quotation for the equipment to be serviced after the fault diagnosis and inspection. If you order the repair, the cost of the inspection and fault diagnosis will be included in the service charge. Welding machines are usually repaired on our premises, but in technically feasible cases we can also carry out the service at the customer's premises.

MANUFACTURING AND REPAIR OF TRANSFORMERS ▓▒░

Our welding machines incorporate copper wound transformers developed by our company and manufactured in-house. We also undertake the repair of transformers or the installation of our own transformers in other manufacturers' welding machines, if technically feasible. Our technical capabilities allow us to manufacture custom transformers from 20 VA up to 35 kVA.

We manufacture the following types of copper wound transformers:

  • single-phase transformers (with or without steel plate housing)
  • multi-voltage universal transformer
  • 230-400/110 V converter transformer
  • three-phase transformer (with or without steel plate housing)

Our colleagues have the appropriate professional qualifications required by Hungarian legislation, so please contact us for the annual safety inspection!

  • mains connection design (power cable, plug, disconnectability, overcurrent protection)
  • condition of the protective gas system and if applicable, the water cooling circuit, tightness test, operation check
  • checking welding outputs (no-load voltage, connections, cable dimensions)
  • operation of the main switch, detectability of the on state
  • the status, functioning and identifiability of other switches
  • operation of cooling fans, checking free air flow
  • condition and insulation of welding cables and electrode clamps

TRAINING OF PERSONNEL ▓▒░

Our company undertakes the commissioning of our welding machines and, if necessary, the training of your employees, so that they can learn the process of operating the equipment as easily as possible and in a short time.
